This CNC machined TSP head insert suits KTM85SX and Husky TC85 2018-on models and fits into the stock cylinder head outer part. It makes a huge difference to performance throughout the rev range and is easily one of the best value for money mods for the 85 for MX or offroad racing.

This head insert is designed to work with a raised cylinder height and includes the required base gaskets to set the correct cylinder height. It features an improved combustion chamber design that gives more performance throughout the rev range as well as reduced risk of detonation. It has been designed and tested to work with 98 RON fuel.
